    Ms Aliyah Jaggassar

    Ms. Aliyah Jaggassar spearheads the Trinidad and Tobago International Financial Centre Management Company Limited's development of the Financial Institution Support Services (FINeSS) Industry for Trinidad and Tobago through the positioning of Trinidad and Tobago as the preferred nearshore location for Finance & Accounting (F&A), Insurance and Banking Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in the Caribbean and Latin American Region. To this end, she maintains a diverse network of domestic and international stakeholders who comprise this dynamic and cutting-edge industry. She has over 10 years’ experience in the financial services sector, serving in executive and strategic roles at leading finance-related organisations and associations, and brings this insight to bear in executing strategy related to the development of the country’s financial services sector. She holds an LLB degree, with honours, from The UWI, an LEC from Hugh Wooding Law School and an MBA from the Oxford Brookes University in England.
