    Mr Omar Sultan-Khan

    Omar Sultan-Khan brings to the Trinidad and Tobago IFC an outstanding track record of over a decade of local, regional and international experience in the financial services sector. His career with domestic and multinational agencies has spanned varied portfolios, having involved relationship management, capital markets, credit risk analysis, business development, public-private partnerships and negotiations, as well as corporate and sovereign debt facilities management.

    He is leading the Company in its development of Trinidad and Tobago as an attractive location for Foreign Direct Investment in the financial services sector, both in the areas of Finance & Accounting Business Process Outsourcing (F&A BPO) and Financial Markets. He drives the Company’s strategic vision and ensures it continues to deliver on its mandate of making Trinidad and Tobago one of the premier locations in the Caribbean and Latin America for financial services. 

    Along with an MBA from Cornell University, he holds an MSc in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science as well as a BBA from the University of Toronto.

    Mrs. Amelia Samai-Nicome

    Amelia is responsible for driving value and strategic operations for the Trinidad &Tobago IFC. Her experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering performance-driven business services and solutions by partnering with company functions to inform better decision-making with robust analysis, and critical insight.

    She brings 12+ years of senior leadership experience that includes Operations Management, Financial Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Procurement, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Corporate Communications, HSSE & Facilities Management and Legal and Compliance.

    She holds a Bachelor of Science Economics with a Minor in Human Resource Management and a Post Graduate Certificate from the University Of Bradford, School Of Management.

    Amelia holds membership in several professional organisations namely: the Leadership Management International (LMI); the Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad & Tobago (HRMATT); the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM); the Project Management Institute (PMI); and the International Society of Female Professionals (ISFP).

    Chandradath is responsible for creating opportunities for growth and driving expansion and innovation in the area of Financial Markets Development for the Trinidad & Tobago IFC.

    He brings over 12 years of senior leadership experience in a wide range of industries both locally and internationally (including the U.K., U.S.A., Central America, and the Caribbean). He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of finance and accounting, financial management, business process reengineering, regulations, regulatory policy development and Financial Services Sector Development.

    He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and is also the holder of an Executive Masters (EMBA) from the Graduate School of Business.

    Chandradath also serves as a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Institute of Surveyors of T&T, serves as advisor to the board of a children’s home and a national non-profit organization and is an adjunct faculty member of the Graduate School of Business.

Inga has over 15 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing, Sales and Business Development in both the public and private sectors. She holds an MSc. in Marketing as well as Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Heriot Watt University and a BA in International Relations and Spanish from the University of the West Indies, Mona.     Rudolph provides guidance, support and strategic insights in planning all marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the Trinidad and Tobago International Financial Centre Management Company Limited. He is responsible for assisting with development of marketing strategies, and coordinating all corporate events. With over 10 years’ managerial experience in marketing and sales in key sectors, he holds a B.Sc in Business Management from the UWI, St. Augustine (with specialization in eCommerce & Marketing), certificates in Project Management, Business Protocol, Sales and Technical Writing and has completed a Masters in International Business and Innovation from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business.
