In accordance with Section 26 of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act of 2015, all suppliers and contractors seeking to provide goods, services and works to the Trinidad and Tobago International Financial Centre Management Company Limited must be registered with the Procurement Depository of Trinidad and Tobago.
Additionally, in accordance with Section 26 (3) of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act of 1995, “a supplier and contractor who submits information to the Procurement Depository shall be responsible for ensuring its accuracy.”
