Trinidad and Tobago IFC and CWEIC Partner for T&T’s Financial Sector Development
The Trinidad and Tobago IFC and the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council (CWEIC) recently agreed to an alliance which will help this country strengthen its position as an international financial centre.
The strategic partnership between the organisations was formalised after a visit to this country, and the o-ces of the Trinidad and Tobago IFC, by Lord Marland, Chairman of the CWEIC. The London-based membership organisation was established to promote trade and investment by facilitating engagement between governments and private sector organisations throughout the Commonwealth.
